Rose on <br />property situated generally between First and Myrtle Streets and 365 feet cast of <br />Sullivan Street, consisting of 56 lots. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, Map of Tract No. <br />2650 filed by John B. Kilroy and Long Beach Leasing Corporation, for the dedication~ <br />of Delhi Road, Central Avenue and drainage easements and dedication of all vehicula~ <br />access rights to Delhi Road except street intersections to the City, also dedicatio~ <br />for street purposes Susan Street, reserving the right to subsequently dedicate ease~ <br />ments for railroad purposes to th~ Pacific Electric Railway Cc~pany, and bond in <br />the s~un of $52,000.00 were approved, drainage fee in the sum of $7,951.50 accepted <br />and agreement covering improvements ordered signed. <br /> <br />O~ motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the recommendation <br />of the Planning Co~ission~was approved and Variance Application No. lO61 of Hazel <br />N. Proctor granted to remove all existing buildings on property situated at the <br />northeast corner of Eighth and Parton Streets, (609, 615, 619 and 681 Eighth Street <br />approx!~etely ~80 foot frontage, in .R-3 District, and erect professional offices, <br />including offices for Attorneys, Insurance, Accountants, Architects, etc., together? <br />with medical Doctors and Dentists; and also make provision on the ground floor for <br />druggists, restaurants~ or similar commercial uses that would be advantageous to the' <br />Civic Center and to provide smple off-street parking space, subject to condition~ <br /> <br />and deleting the word "etc". <br />" action was continued on <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried,/~ariance Applicati6n <br /> <br />No. 1058 of James A.
