<br />the improvements of Rene Drive, Rit~ Way, D~b] Lane, Spruce Street, Pacific Avenue,
<br />alley, walkway and portions of Fairview Avenue and Wilshire Avenue and the dedication
<br />of all vehicular access rights on Fairview Avenue, in Tract No. 3070, was ordered
<br />released and improvements accepted as completed,
<br />
<br /> Bond in the sum of $82,000.00 filed by M.J.Brock & Sons, Bristol Park, for the
<br />improvements of Rene Drive, Spruce Street, Pacific Avenue~ St. Andrew Place, Carlton
