W. Annex'" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by'the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., <br /> A.A.Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall aud carried, the following <br /> <br />Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance ordering and providir~ for a Spedial ~idipal Election <br />to be held in that certain territory designated 'West Santa Ana <br />Annex' on March lO, 1959, for the purpose of submitting to the <br />v6ters in said territory the question of annexation to the City of <br />Santa Ana" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following <br /> <br />Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance ordering and providing for a Special Municipal Election <br />to be held in that certain territory designated 'Sullivan and <br />Edinger Annex' on March lO, 1959, for the purpose of submitting to <br />the voters in said territory the question of annexation to the City <br />of Santa .~na" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following <br /> <br />com~a~ications were received and filed: <br /> <br /> From Nick Pokrajac, General Contractor, expressing his appreciation for the <br /> cooperation received frc~ Floyd E.
