<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall aud carried, the following

<br />Ordinance entitled:

<br />"Ordinance ordering and providir~ for a Spedial ~idipal Election
<br />to be held in that certain territory designated 'West Santa Ana
<br />Annex' on March lO, 1959, for the purpose of submitting to the
<br />v6ters in said territory the question of annexation to the City of
<br />Santa Ana"
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following
<br />
<br />Ordinance entitled:

<br />"Ordinance ordering and providing for a Special Municipal Election
<br />to be held in that certain territory designated 'Sullivan and
<br />Edinger Annex' on March lO, 1959, for the purpose of submitting to
<br />the voters in said territory the question of annexation to the City

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following bonds
<br />
<br />were ordered released on the Various~ Tracts, as follows:

<br /> Bond in the sum of $78,O00.O0 filed by Orange County Development Company, for
<br />the improvements of Rene Drive, Rit~ Way, D~b] Lane, Spruce Street, Pacific Avenue,
<br />alley, walkway and portions of Fairview Avenue and Wilshire Avenue and the dedication
<br />of all vehicular access rights on Fairview Avenue, in Tract No. 3070, was ordered
<br />released and improvements accepted as completed,
<br />
<br /> Bond in the sum of $82,000.00 filed by M.J.Brock & Sons, Bristol Park, for the
<br />improvements of Rene Drive, Spruce Street, Pacific Avenue~ St. Andrew Place, Carlton
<br />Place, Glenwood Place and St. Anne Place, in Tract No. 2208, was ordered released
<br />and improvements accepted as completed, and
<br />
<br /> Bond in the sum of $82,OOO.00 filed by Bristol Par~, a L~nnited Partnership, and
