Rose on <br /> property situated generally between First and Myrtle Streets and 365 feet east of <br /> Sullivan Street. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councllm~n Hubbard, seconded by ~11 and carried, Tentative Tract Map <br /> No. 2977 filed by Emmet C. Rogers, creating 27 residential lots fronting on both <br /> sides of Westwood Avenue between T~enty-first Street and Santa Clara Avenue, was <br /> approved subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Collect]man ~a11, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Preliminary Record <br />of Survey Map filed by Vi Gallegos redesigning two lots located at the southeast <br />corner of the intersection of King and Seventeenth Streets, was approved subject to <br />conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Counct~,~n Hubbard, seconded by N~I ~n~ carried, Preliminary Map filed <br />by Walton E. Schirmer creating two lots fronting on Highland and Brook Streets, <br />approximately 100 feet east of Baker Street, was approved subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of CO~lctlman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, Prel~m~uary Becord <br />of Sarvey Map filed by Industrial Enterprises, rearranging lot lines affecting three <br />lots located generally between Kilson Drive and Halladay Street, south of Dyer Road <br />and north of Alton Street, was approved subject to a condition. <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~m~ Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, Map of Tract No. 2719 <br />filed by Lemon Heights Investment Corporation for the dedication of Sixth, Wright, <br />Fifth Streets and Trinidad Way, was approved subject to the filing of a bond in the <br />sum of $3B,000.O0, or other sureties, license fee in the sum of $1~O0.o0 accepted <br />and agreement ordered signed. <br /> <br /> <br />
