<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution No. 59-60 correcting and amending 'Resolution No. 59-14
<br />ca~l~a SpeCial ~e,~t~ipal Election to be held on the 10th day of
<br />March, 1959, to submit to the electors in that certain territory
<br />designated 'West Santa Aha Annex' the question of whether or not
<br />said 'territory should be annexed to the City of Santa Aha, California,
<br />declaring that protest had not been made by the owners of one-half
<br />of the value of said territory, ch-~ing the boundaries of said terri-
<br />tory .to delete therefrc~ that territory within Garden Grove Annexation
<br />No. 63, and resubmitting the boundaries as changed to the Orange
<br />County Boundary Cnmmission', to correctly state the intent, decision
<br />and action of the City Council taken on January 8th, 1959, in the
<br />adoption of said Resolution No. 59-14"

<br />A petition was presented signed by Clfm-x Manufacturing Company, 1025 East Chestnut
<br />
<br />Street, et al, requesting curbs, pavement, driveway entrances, grading appurtenances
<br />
<br />and appurtenant work where necessary to meet City standards on Pine Street from the
<br />center line of Minnie Street to the east line of Lot 10 Block D of Bailey's Addition,
<br />
<br />extended southerly to the cen~er line of the railroad tracks and thence mmning
<br />along said center line of the railroad to the south line of Pine Street. On motion
<br />of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the petition was referred to
<br />
<br />the Ma~sger for report and reco~endation~ on the findings.

<br />City of Santa Aha (Delhi and Greenville SJ W. Annex) advising the boundaries of the
<br />proposed ----~ti~ are reasonably definite and certain although it cuts property
<br />lines,

<br />property lines and eliminate the line that cuts through the property; this proposed

<br />approved by the Boundary Co,w,t ssion January 19, 1959,
