<br />ordered released and improvements accepted as completed.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by ~ould s~d carried, the communication
<br />fromMrs. Sabra .~. A~ussell for alleged injuries suffered in a fall due to a hole
<br />in the parkway at the Ebell Olub was received, filed, referred to the City
<br />Attorney and insurance carrier for investigation and report.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the communication
<br />from the Santa Aha Board of Education regarding the claim of Nick Pokrajac for
<br />$290.48 covering contract for construction of the Santa Aha College swimmSng
<br />pool a~i advising the Santa Ana Board of Education assumed responsibility for
<br />payment of fencing in the amount of $185.72, was received, filed, and
<br />referred to the Manager for any future action.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Councilman ~uobard, seconded by Uould and carried, the following Resolution
<br />entitled~
