<br />were authorized to execute an agreement dated May 4, 1959, with Messrs. Jack

<br />R. Finnegan and James R. Wilde for architectural services for the Community
<br />
<br />Center and Recreational facilities at E1 Salvador Park, and letter agreement
<br /> dated May 6, 1959,
<br />with the Santa Ana Valley Irrigation Compan~for the installation of approx-
<br />
<br />imately 550 feet of 1~ inch concrete pipe together with one steel weir box on
<br />
<br />the south side of Seventeenth Street 0etween Lincoln Avenue and Grand Avenue.
