<br />This Oeing the date set for bearing on precise street alignment of Fairview

<br />Street located west of Sullivan Street and that porti~ extending between

<br />Fifth and Edinger Streets, as recommended by the Planning Oommission; no protests
<br />were received, and the hearing was declared cl6sed. The ~ouncil having unanimously
<br />waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, sec-
<br />onded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />This being the date set for hearing on proposed ame~of Section 9250.1 Future

<br />along certain streets and portions of streets between which future right-
<br />of-way lines, and on which streets, respectively, no person shall erect
<br />any b ~ilding, wall, fence or other structure on both sides of Seventeenth
<br />Street between the Santa Aha Riwr and College ~venue; ooth sides of
<br />Seventeenth Street between ~ollege ~venue and the Santa Aha Freeway ~nd ~n
<br />both sides of Seventeenth Street between the Santa Aha Freew~ and the
<br />east corporate l~m~ts$ and to amend Section 9250.1, Future Right-of-Way lines
<br />to establish future right-of-way lines on portions of Nashington Avenue,
<br />between which future right-of-way lines, and on which streets, respectively,
<br />no person shall erect any building~ wall, fence or other structure on both
<br />sides of Washington Avenue between Flower and Bush Streets; on the north
<br />side of Washington Avenue between ~ush Street and the Santa Ana Freeway,
<br />and on the south side of ~ashington Avenue between Bush Street and Grand
<br />Avenue~ as recommended by the Planning Commission; no pretests were received
<br />and the hearing was declared closed. The Council having unanimously waived
<br />the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Gould, secouded by
<br />Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 59-104 declaring intention to establish
<br /> set-back lines under the designation of "Future Right-
<br /> of-Way Lines"
<br />
<br />and setting the date cf hearing on June l, 1959, was considered and passed
<br />

<br />respectively, no person shall erect any mouilding, wall, fence, or other
<br />structures; there were no protests and the hearing was declared closed.

<br />Ordinance entitled:

<br /> be numbered 9250.1 Future Right-of-Way Lines"
