<br />dividing ~nto two parcels property located generally between Cedar ~treet on
<br />
<br />the west, Standard Avenue on the east and approximately 400 feet north of St.
<br />
<br />Andrew Place, subject to conditions. Attorney Harold Heinly, mu behalf of

<br />Leonard Earl and Mr. Barker, stated the applicant might be required to put in
