<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, secoDxied by Brewer and carried, the re-
<br />commendation of the Planning Comnission was approved and Variance Appli-
<br />cation No. 1094 filed by Harry Tancredi and E. Thomson granted to construct
<br />a two-story building of approximately 14,000 square feet, of either con-
<br />crete block or concrete tilt-up, the second floor to ~e occupied 0y au in-
<br />surance ccmpany, arm the lower floor to Oe leased for general Office
<br />usage, i.e., real estate, casualty insurance agent, contractor, ousiness
<br />machine firm, etc., on property situated at 5lO East ~eventeenth Street,
<br />in R-2 District, subject to conditims of the Commission and the Department
<br />of Public Works.

<br />cc~mendation of the Planning Commission was approved and Variance ~ppli-
<br />cation 11o. 1096 filed by Manuel H. Arraguin granted to constract a s~ngle-
<br />family, three-bedroom dwelling, with garage attached, on rear portion of
<br />the lot, on property situated at 703 North Fairlawn Street, in
<br />
<br />District, subject to conditions.

<br />Commutation was read from the Planning Commission recommending denial of
<br />Variance application No. 1095, filed by Fairview Homes to construct multiple-
