<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the recommen-

<br />dation of the Planning Commission was approved, and Variance Application No.
<br />lll3 filed by mrs. P. Ro Martinez granted to cbnstruct an additional dwelling
<br />on property situated at 10951 Silver Drive, in R-1 District, which is 97.5 feet
<br />by 173 feet, or approximately 16~9OO square feet of lot area, subject to a
<br />condition.

<br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard ~nd carried, the recommen-
<br />dation of the Planning Commission was approved, and Variance Applicat~n ~o.

<br />llO feet, o~ a parcel 50 feet wide and 243 feet deep at 1918 South ~ain Street,
<br />in R-1 District, extending from ~zin Street to Sycamore Street, in C-1
<br />District, and to use the other half of the parcel, facing °ycamore Street,
<br />in R-1 District, for custcmer and employee parking in connection with b~siness
<br />on Main Street. Entrance to parking area will be gained from lh foot drive-
