<br />on property situated at 10951 Silver Drive, in R-1 District, which is 97.5 feet
<br />by 173 feet, or approximately 16~9OO square feet of lot area, subject to a
<br />condition.

<br />dation of the Planning Commission was approved, and Variance Applicat~n ~o.
