Sewell, to permit <br /> <br />construction of a church auditori~un and bible school classrooms, with parking <br /> <br />facilities, on property situated at 1220 and 1310 North King Street, in R-1 District, <br /> <br />subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer smd carried, the recommendation <br /> e-~ request granted <br />of the E~-~ing Commission was approved_~or another three year extension of time <br /> <br />on Variance Application No. S49 filed by Mrs. Clara E. Vose which permits the <br /> <br />location and operation of a real estate office on the enclosed front porch of <br /> <br />residence at 1320 Memory <br /> <br />On motion of Councf~m~ Ball, seconded by Brewer and carried, Preliminary Record of <br /> <br />Survey Map filed by Electronic Engineering Company dividing property located at the <br /> <br />southeast corner of First and McClay Streets, was approved subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Counetlm~ Hubbard, seconded by M~!I and carried, the request from <br /> <br />W. Hoy, on beb~!f of subdividers Rosenberg ~ Yo,,~, was grouted <br /> <br />for a year's extension of time for the completion of Tentative Tract No. 1907, <br /> <br />divl~ng 16 acres located approximately 1314 feet south of Edinger Street between <br /> <br />the proposed Raitt Street and Rene Drive into 65 sidle-family 1OtSe <br /> <br />Comnunication was read fr~ the P~an-ing Department rec.¥.~.nding that M-1 and M-2 <br /> <br />District regulations be amended to exclude residential subdivisions, profession~l <br /> <br />offices and c~rcial uses, while allowing only industrial plants with business <br /> <br />offices as a secondary use.
