F. Steinen, Trustee, for the dedication of Delhi Road, 0enter Street <br />and ~a~urst Place for public use for highway purposes; also dedication of al ~ <br />vehicular access rights on Delhi Road except at street intersection, and bond in the <br />sum of $~2,000.00 were approved, license fee in the s~ of $1850.00 accepted and <br />agreement covering improvements ordered signed. <br /> <br />It ~s moved by COl~C~lman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, that escrow in- <br />structions he approved and signed for certain properties and with the following <br />persons ~ <br /> <br /> Julio Martinez for street easement at the southeast corner of 17th and <br /> Verano Streets for the widening of said two streets, together with a <br /> ~ spandrel shaped parcel of land for the rounding of said corner, in <br /> consideration of $7~0.00, and <br /> <br /> Agnes M. and Edgerton B. Sprague for street easement on the west side <br /> of North Main Street, south of Tenth Street, without any cash con- <br /> / sideration being paid for said land, but in consideration of the sum <br /> of $6,710.00 to reimburse said o~aers for the expense of relocating <br /> and r~,odeling the existing improvements on said property so that <br /> none of said improvements will be located on the 10-foot strip of <br /> land ~er which said easement is granted. <br /> <br />The Council having ,,?e~ously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br /> Counctlma- Hubbard, seconded by GoUld and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-172 accepting deeds where the City is paying <br /> cash consideration" <br /> <br />from Julio Martinez for street easement at the southeast corner of 17th and Verano <br />Streets for the widening of said two streets, together with a spandrel shaped parcel <br />of land for the round~n~ of said corner, ia consideration of $750.00; freea ~s M. <br />and Edgerton B.
