<br />ware authorized to execute the four arterial highway agreements between the County
<br />of Orange and the City, namely: Main Street between the Santa Ana Freeway and the
<br />north City limits, First Street between the Santa Aha River Bridge and Townsend
<br />
<br />Street, Fifth Street between the Pacific Electric Railroad tracks, west of Hawley
<br />
<br />Street and the west City limits, and McClay Street between McFadden Street and
