<br /> On motion of Councilman Hubbax~l, seconded by Gould and carried, the petition signed
<br /> by sixteen residents of Toy Place requesting a speed limit of five miles per hour
<br /> be established, enforced and posted on the street, was denied.

<br /> The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolutimn, on motion of
<br /> Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 59-212 declaring 'Yield Right of Way Intersection'"
<br /> designating Baker Street to yield to Bishop Street, as recommended by the Department
<br /> of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br /> Building, requesting permission to use non-d~mestic steel if the job schedule is
<br />
<br /> to be maintained, and affidavit of Henry Cienfuegos, dba Dowell Steel Company, sub-
<br />
<br />contractor, ~ the Police Facilities Building, advising there is a real need to deliver
<br /> such steel to the job site to avoid delay in the construction of the building, were
<br /> received and filed; that a Minute Order be made setting forth the facts with respect
<br /> to the shortage of &~,emtic Steel and approve use of other steel, imported but
<br /> fabricated within the United States, in the construction of the Police Facilities
<br /> Building by the Gallegos Corporation, in order to avoid undue construction delay.
