<br />Mrs. Blanche Bacon, 114 East Cubbon Street, favored the parking regulation as now I
<br />in effect and said that before the parking ban the parking spaces were occupied by
<br />all-day parkers. Mr. L.F.Slabaugh, 101 E. Cubbon, objected to removing the parkin~
<br />
<br />regulation and made reference to the disgraceful behavior of the teen-ngers. William
<br />
<br />Sides, owner of the Beverly Apartments, stated two of his tenants moved account of
<br />
<br />the noise and conduct of the teen-agers in the area and favored a "No Parking"
<br />
<br />restriction at night. The Manager of the Beverly Apartments stated that removing
<br />the parking on Cubbon Street, will decrease the value of the properties and requeS d
<br />the parking regulation remain. The hearing wes declared closed. The Council having
<br />unanimously weived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hall,

<br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
