<br />Variance Application No. 1145 filed by Bernard E. Jones to construct a duplex on
<br />each of two lots, one bedroom each unit, on property situated at 11441 and 11443
<br />Bernardal Place, in R-1 District, in accordance with plot plan and subject to con-
<br />ditions of the Department of Public Works. The Council having unanimously waived
<br />the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard
<br />and carried, the folleWing Resolution entitled:

<br />property situated at 705 West Delhi Road, in R-1 District. It was moved by
<br />Counctlmau Hubbard, seconded by t~,1~ and carried, that the 90-clay extension of time
<br />on Variance Application No. 1042, as recrmw,ended by the Planning C~lssion, be
<br />
<br />granted.

<br />consisting of approximately 1131.166 acres. The Council having unanimouslywaived

<br />the reading of the Reeolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer
<br />
<br />and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution No. 59-204 initiating proceedings for the annexation
<br />of territory to the City of Santa Aha, designating an appropriate
<br />name of 'South Santa Ama Annex' and giving notice of time and place
<br />of hearing protests thereto"
