W. Annex", <br />consisting of approxt-mtely 7~ acros and located on the we~t side of Tustin Avenue <br />and on the south side of McFadden Stroet. The Council having unanimously waived the <br />roading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by C~d add <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-205 initiating proceedings for the annexation of <br /> teA-rltory to the City of Santa Aha, designating an appropriate name <br /> of 'McFadden and Tustin S. W. Annex' and giving notice of time and <br /> place of hearing protests theroto" <br /> <br />setting the date of hearing on September 21, 1959, was considerod and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br /> Royal E. Reinly <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />Coemunication was road from the Planning Commission rocommending approval of proposed <br />annexation to the City of territory designated "Edinger and Doroen South Annex", con- <br />sisting of approx~m-tely 11 acros located on the south side of Edinger Stroet, begfn-ing <br />at a paint 1550 feet w~st of the center line of Bristol Street, extending west for a <br />distance of 2275 feet and south 675 feet. Heinly <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />C~unication was road from the Planning Department recommending approval of Tentative <br />Tract Map 3505 filed by Harry Tancrodi on property owned by S.J.Duhart croating 24 <br />single-family lots located generally south of 17th Street and east of Linwood Avenue, <br />subject to conditions. M~. S.J.Duhart objected to the dedication of this property <br />and to changing the irrigation pipe line which belongs to the Santa ~na Valley <br />Irrigation Company and stated the property is being sold as acreage. On motion of <br />Councilman R~ll, seconded by Hubbard and earried, Tentative Tract ~ap ~505 was <br />approved subject to the conditions, to inc~udm the additional portion'facing on 17th <br />Stroet, that an agreem?_~t be enterod into between M~. ~,h~rt and the City, said agroe~ <br />merit to ~be rocorded~; and. the property facing on 17th Stroet and the 52 feet from th~. <br />center line of 17th Street be dedicated to the City, that when said portion facing on <br />17th Stroet is developed, then the improvements along 17th Stroet to City standards <br />will be performed by ~r. ~u~art, with the exception of the Santa Ana Valley Irrigation <br />pipe line. <br /> <br /> <br />
