<br />storm waters where City is paying no cash consideration"
<br />
<br />from Robert N. Jacobs and Otto A. Jacobs for street easement on the north side of
<br />
<br />Eighth Street just east of Birch Street; from J. Wayne and Kathryn L. Harrison,
<br />
<br />conveying a small spandm~l 7.91 by 1.30 feet for the rounding of the southeast
<br /> and
<br />corner at Main and Delhi;/from M. L. Investment Co., a Corporation, and Joseph D.
<br />
<br />Taylor, an acknowledged Ag~_.ement to accept all surface drainage frc~ the Delhi-
