<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:

<br /> Municipal Code to change district classification on amend-
<br /> ment application No. 27?, and amending Sectional District
<br /> Map 23-5-10, Exhibit B"
<br />
<br />reference Amendment Application No. 277 initiated by the Pl,nning Co~ission, amend-
<br />
<br />ing Sectional District Map 23-5-10, Exhibit B, and that the property bounded by a
<br />
<br />line formed by the westerly extension of Wilshire Avenue, a line extending generally
<br />
<br />in a southerly direction from ~11 ivan to Greenville Street, Delhi Road and Bristol
<br />
<br />Street, involving the reclassification of properties in the following areas:
<br />
<br />(a) Area bounded by Edinger Street, Greenville Street, Center Street and the east-
<br />erly extension of Occidental Street, from the R-1 to the R-2- and C-1-PK Districts,
<br />(b) The northeast corner of the intersection of Glenwood Place and Greenville
<br />Street (approximately 520 feet by 1100 feet) from the C-1 to R-1 District
<br />(c) Properties fronting on the west side of Greenville Street, between Edinger
<br />Street and a point 150 feet south of the center line of Occidental Street from the
<br />R-1 to R-2 and C-1-PK Districts,
<br />(d) Properties fronting on the south side of Edinger Street between the east line
<br />of Tract No. 2511 and Greenville Street from R-1 to R-2 and C-1-PK Districts,
<br />(e) Properties fronting on the north side of Edinger Street between Sullivan Street
<br />and a point 270 feet east of the center line of Gordon Place, from the R-1 to the
<br />C-1-PKDistrict,

<br />easterly extension of Smeltzer Avenue, Harbor Boulevard, Delhi Road and a line ex-
<br />
<br />tended generally in a southerly direction from Sullivan Street to Greenville Street,
<br />
<br />involving the reclassification of property generally fronting on the north side of
<br />Edinger Street between Clinton and Sullivan ~treets, from the R-1 District to R-2
<br />
