Ordinance No. NS-392 Amendment Application No. 277 initiated by Plann. Commission ~ The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance No. NS-3Oy2mmending Article lq(of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to change district classification on amend- ment application No. 27?, and amending Sectional District Map 23-5-10, Exhibit B" reference Amendment Application No. 277 initiated by the Pl,nning Co~ission, amend- ing Sectional District Map 23-5-10, Exhibit B, and that the property bounded by a line formed by the westerly extension of Wilshire Avenue, a line extending generally in a southerly direction from ~11 ivan to Greenville Street, Delhi Road and Bristol Street, involving the reclassification of properties in the following areas: (a) Area bounded by Edinger Street, Greenville Street, Center Street and the east- erly extension of Occidental Street, from the R-1 to the R-2- and C-1-PK Districts, (b) The northeast corner of the intersection of Glenwood Place and Greenville Street (approximately 520 feet by 1100 feet) from the C-1 to R-1 District (c) Properties fronting on the west side of Greenville Street, between Edinger Street and a point 150 feet south of the center line of Occidental Street from the R-1 to R-2 and C-1-PK Districts, (d) Properties fronting on the south side of Edinger Street between the east line of Tract No. 2511 and Greenville Street from R-1 to R-2 and C-1-PK Districts, (e) Properties fronting on the north side of Edinger Street between Sullivan Street and a point 270 feet east of the center line of Gordon Place, from the R-1 to the C-1-PKDistrict, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ordinance No. NS-393 Amendment Application No. 276 initiated by Plann. Hall None None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance No. NS-393 amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to change district classifications on Amend- ment Application No. 276 and to amend Sectional District Map 22-5-10, Exhibit C~ reference Amendment Application No. 276 initiated by the Planning Commission, amend- Sectional District ~p 22-5-10, Exhibit C, and that the property bounded by the easterly extension of Smeltzer Avenue, Harbor Boulevard, Delhi Road and a line ex- tended generally in a southerly direction from Sullivan Street to Greenville Street, involving the reclassification of property generally fronting on the north side of Edinger Street between Clinton and Sullivan ~treets, from the R-1 District to R-2 and C-1-PK Districts, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ordinance No. NS-39 Adopting Sectional District Maps Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Neinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance No. NS-394 adopting Sectional District Maps Numbers 6-5-9, Exhibit A, 11-5-10, Exhibit A, 26-5-10, Exhibit A, 27-5-10, Exhibit A, 36-4-10, Exhibit A, and repealing superseded Districting Maps" as recommended by the Planning Department, was considered and passed by the follow- Communication James Requarth Ayes, councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, Bob B~ewer, A. A. Hall Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None James Requarth, 92~ Cypress Avenue,stated the City has placed a/parking sign in front of his residence and objected to same. The matter was refe~d to the Manager and curb usage committee for recommendation at the next meeting.
