<br />It was moved by Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, that Councilman
<br />
<br />Dale H. H~fnl y be named as ~lternate to Mayor A. A. Hall on County Sanitation Districts
<br />
<br />Nos. 1, 2 and 7, and a certified copy of the Minute Order be furnished the County
<br />
<br />Sanitation District.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, bond in the sam of
<br />$49,000.00 filed by J. W. Lenney for improvements of Fourteenth, Fifteenth, Mabury
<br />and Concord Streets, in Tract No. 2843, was ordered released and improvements accepted
<br />
<br />as completed.
