Hetzner· of an addition, already <br />constructed, to his single-family dwelling, leaving only eleven feet of rear yard <br />instead of the required twenty feet, on property situated at 2410 South Shelton <br />Street in R-1 District. Clarence Hall, 12351 Westminster Avenue· on behalf o£ the <br />applicant, requested approval of the rear yard requirement· stating that the build-/: <br />Jug permit had not been applied for· but the building construction was completed <br />with exception of the electrical work.
