On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and Variance Application No. 1216, filed by Brance a~l Inez Edwards, to comstruct a single-family house on rear part of lot on which there is one existing single-family house, on property situated at 1122 South Variance Appl. No. 1217 Brooks and Gladys A.Evans Clara Street, in the R-1 District, was granted, subject to conditions.
