<br />dated May 9, 1960, assigning lease dated November l, 1943, which expires October B1,
<br />1968, between the City and Defense Plant Corporation, and executed by Case-Swayne
<br />
<br />Company, Inc., to the Security First National Bank, to permit the continuance of
<br />
<br />encroachment of certain buildings on a public alley extending from Wright Street to
<br />
<br />Mabury Street, between Fourth and Palm Streets, was received, filed and the Clerk
<br />
<br />instructed to acknowledge receipt of Assignment of Lease to Security First National
<br />
