Lindauer, for two parcels of land located on the uorthwest corner of Fifth and King Streets, in the sum of $21,500.00; from Bertha E. Heinrichs, for property on the east side of Garnsey Street, south of Eighth Street, in the sum of $10,450.00; from Charles and Bertha Taylor, and Lester Taylor, for property on the west side of Parton Street, south of Eighth Street in the sum of $13,625.00; and from Nugent leGrand and Mary May Co, mn, for property located on the west side of Patton Street, south of Eighth Street, in the sum of $22,645.00, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Noes, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. Absent, Councilmen None The Council having unanimously w~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No.60-120 accepting deeds where City is paying no cash consideration" from Edward P. and Florence E. Benzmiller, for street easement on the east side of MAin Street, south of Edgewood Street; from Harold R. and Velma Loretta English, for street easement on the east side of MAin Street, south of Fx~gewood Street; from Fred S. and Doris P. Van Vliet, for street easement on the east side of Main Street, north of Owens Drive; from Harold A. and Emma Jean Davis, for all vehicular access rights to the southeast corner of Bristol and Russell Streets; from Myrtle E.Sears and Myrtle A. Anderson, for street easement on the west side of Main Street, south of Roe Drive; from Frances M. McCarter, for street easement on the northwest corner .an d of Main and Nineteenth Streets, /from Urich Enterprises, Inc., for street easement on the southeast corner of Bolsa and Verano Streets, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, AJ A. Hall None None It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, that revised escrow instructions dated June l, 1960, be approved and signed with Francisco A. Redriguez, Maria L. A. Rodriguez and Frank Rodriguez, Jr., for a small parcel of land without street frontage lying southeast of the intersection of Main Street and Delhi Road, in consideration of payment to the City of $255.75. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitle~: "Resolution No. 60-121 authorizing ex*cution of Quitclaim Deed to Kenneth and Marcia Price and Grant Deed to Francisco and Maria Hodriguez and Frank Rodriquez, Jr." quitclaiming to Kenneth C. and Marcia Huber Price for unused sewer easement on prop- erty located northwest of Edinger and Clinton Streets; and execution of grant deed to Francisco A. Rodrigu e z, Maria L. A. Redriguez and Frank Rodriquez, Jr., for a small parcel of land without street frontage lying southeast of the intersection of Main Street and Delhi Road, in consideration of payment to the City of $255.75, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer~ A. A. Hall None None
