<br />CounciLman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitl

<br />"Resolution No. 60-181 amending Section 3 of Resolution No.58-281"
<br />
<br />revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the City of
<br />
<br />Santa Ana; reassigning schedule numbers to class titles and adding certain classes
<br />
<br />to the list of titles to Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, which is tantamount
<br />
<br />to Proposal No. 2, effective September 1, 1960, was considered and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:
