<br />"Ordinance No. NS-493 adopttnE by reference an administrative
<br />electrical code known as 'Orange County Administrative
<br />Electrical Code - 1959'; requiring pemits for and prescribing
<br />rules and regulations governing electrical installations and
<br />wiring; adopting by reference those certain regulations
<br />entitled 'Electrical Safety Orders of the State of California',
<br />effective Fehruary~ 1955, issued hy the State of California
<br />Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Industrial
<br />Safety; providing penalties for the violatiou thereof, and
<br />amending Section 8300; enacting Sections 8301, 8302, 8303;
<br />and repealing Sections 8305, 8306, 8309, 8310 and 8311 of
<br />Chapter 3, Artic.le VIII of the Santa Ana Municipal Code"
