On motiou of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carrie~ <br /> <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance prezoning all property within the proposed <br /> 'Fairhaven and Esplanade West Annex' and the 'Vanderlip <br /> and Newport Northwest Annexation' in accordance with <br /> Amendment 335" <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Amend.Appl.No.332 <br />Mary Josephine McKenzie <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />was intrc~luced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 332, filed by <br />Mary Josephine McKenzie, amending Sectional District Map 2-5-10, Exhibit 332-A, to <br />reclassify from the R-1 to the C-5 District property described as that area bounde~ <br /> <br />on the north by a line 250 feet south of Trask Avenue, c~ the south by a line 769 <br /> <br />feet south of the center line of Trask Avenue, on the east by a line 283 feet east <br /> <br />of the center line of Berrydale Street, and on the west by the center line of <br /> <br />Berrydale Street; no protests were received and the hearing was closed. On motion <br /> <br />of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance en- <br /> <br />titled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal <br /> Code to change district classificatiou on Amen~m~ut <br /> Application No. 332 and amending Sectional District Map <br /> 2-~-10 ( EEhibit <br /> <br />Ordinance No.NS-~93 <br />County Administra- <br />tive Electrical <br />Code - 1959 <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing to adopt by reference an Administrative Elec- <br /> <br />trical Code known as "Orange County A~m!uistrative Electrical Code - 1959"; letters <br /> <br />were submitted by Orange County Builders Association, Inc., Electrical Industry <br /> <br />Depository, and National Electrical Contractors Association, favoring the adoption <br /> <br />of the Orange County A&m~nistrative Electrical Code - 1959, and on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the commmmications were receive, <br /> <br />and filed. No protests were received and the hearing was closed. The Cotmcil <br /> <br />having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motic~ of C0uncil~an <br /> <br />Gould, secouded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-493 adopttnE by reference an administrative <br />electrical code known as 'Orange County Administrative <br />Electrical Code - 1959'; requiring pemits for and prescribing <br />rules and regulations governing electrical installations and <br />wiring; adopting by reference those certain regulations <br />entitled 'Electrical Safety Orders of the State of California', <br />effective Fehruary~ 1955, issued hy the State of California <br />Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Industrial <br />Safety; providing penalties for the violatiou thereof, and <br />amending Section 8300; enacting Sections 8301, 8302, 8303; <br />and repealing Sections 8305, 8306, 8309, 8310 and 8311 of <br />Chapter 3, Artic.le VIII of the Santa Ana Municipal Code" <br /> <br />was cousidered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />,Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
