***REPEALED BY RES. 87-61**** <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-99 <br />A ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FIXING CHARGES FOR <br />TH INSTALLATION OF THE NEW WATER MAINS AND FRONT FOOTAGE CHARGES FOR CONNECTION <br />TO EXISTING WATER MAINS FOR WHICH NO PAYMENT HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN MADE AND REPEAL- <br />ING RESOLUTION NO. 82-67. <br />BEI,IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br />1.1 That the following rates shall be charged to all applicants requiring the <br />installation of new water mains as provided for in Section 39-22 of the Santa <br />An Municipal Code. Upon the determination of the Director of Public Works of <br />th size or sizes required, for the proposed development, the following charges <br />sh 11 be made: <br />6" or smaller water mains at $24.00 per linear foot. <br />8" water mains at $26.00 per linear foot. <br />10" water mains at $28.00 per linear foot. <br />12" or larger water mains at $31.00 per linear foot. <br />2.i That none of the above charges shall be made if the applicant installs water <br />matins and hydrants, at his own expense, to the satisfaction of the Director of <br />Public Works. <br />3.1 That a charge of one-half of the applicable linear foot charge multiplied by <br />the number of feet of frontage of the parcel or lot shall be collected for each <br />recorded parcel or lot requiring the connection of a service to an existing water <br />mann for which no previous payment has been made for such parcel or lot. <br />4.I That Resolution No. 82-67 fixing charges for water mains is hereby repealed, <br />effective July 1, 1983. <br />5., That this Resolution shall be operative from and after the 1st day of July, <br />1983. <br />ADOPTED, Pis 15th day of August 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />R. .
