RESOLUTION NO. 85-74 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> (e) The subject property is located in an area desig- <br />nated for use and development as a "Mixed Use Corridor" by the <br />General Plan. Such corridors are intended to provide important <br />neighborhood facilities and services as well as support facilities <br />and services for industrial districts. The proposed development <br />of the subject property will not adversely effect the General Plan. <br /> <br /> (f) For the reasons set forth in the initial study pre- <br />pared for this project, this project will not have a significant <br />effect on the environment, and the negative declaration prepared <br />for this project is therefor approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Variance 85-3 is hereby approved to allow food <br />processing and wholesaling, to waive a portion of the required <br />parking design, and to reduce required side yards on property <br />located at 838 East First Street, subject to the following limi- <br />tation and requirements, set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this ]?th day of June , 1985. <br /> <br /> -- Dan el~E.
