d. Adding, effective October 1, 1985, the following new class <br />titles at the salary rate ranges on the effective dates as next herein set out <br />and designating said new classes as urzrepresented middle-management (MM): <br /> <br /> SALARY RATERANGES <br />Effective 10-1-85 Effective 7-1-86 <br /> <br />Business Enterprise Manager (MM) <br />Corporate Records Manager (MM) <br />Management Analyst (MM) <br />Zoo Manager (MM) <br /> <br />M557 ($3160-3484) <br />M517 ($2600-2867) <br />M555 ($3129-3449) <br />M539 ($2896-3192) <br /> <br />M567 (3318-3658) <br />M527 (2830-3010) <br />M565 (3285-3622) <br />/41549 (3040-3352) <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 12 of said Resolution 82-110, Executive and <br />Middle-Management Compensation Plan, be amended by: <br /> <br />a. ~mending Section 12.C.(4), to read as follows: <br /> <br /> (4) Disability Insurance. The City shall continue to pay <br />100% of the premitrn cost for a long-term disability insurance <br />plan for affected employees. Effective Noven4~er 1, 1985, the <br />$2,000 maxirmm~ monthly benefit applicable to represented <br />employees of the City will renmin unchanged but will be <br />increased to $5,000 for unrepresented management employees. <br />Additionally, the amount payable to said unrepresented employees <br />will be 66 2/3% of base salary (insured payroll) less offsets <br />contained in the existing plan. <br /> <br />b. Amending Section 12.C.(10), effective July 1, 1985, to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> (10) Tuition Reimbursement. Affected employees shall <br />continue to be eligible to participate in the existing Training <br />and Education Assistance Program provided for all regular, <br />full-time employees of the City; except, however, affected <br />employees shall be eligible to receive one hundred percent <br />(100%) reimbursement for tuition and registration costs up to a <br />maximt~n of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per semester in <br />accordance with the provisions of that Progrsm. <br /> <br /> c. Adding a new Section 12.C.(11), effective January 1, 1986, to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> (11) Wellness and Physical Fitness Incentive. Affected <br />employees shall be eligible to receive cash payment to defray a <br />portion of the membership cost of a City-approved but privately <br />operated health and physical fitness program in accordance with <br />the following cost-sharing schedule: <br /> <br /> i. For each Executive Management participant, 80% of <br />the annual membership cost up to am axirmunCity contribution of <br />$500 per year. <br /> <br /> ii. For each Middle-Management participant, 40% of the <br />annual membership cost up to a maxirr~rnCity contribution of $300 <br />per year. <br /> <br /> <br />
