For <br />each such Santa Ama Police Benevolent <br />Association bargaining unit employee employed <br />with the City as of February 29, 1988, the City <br />will pay a one-time, lump stun salary payment in <br />an amount equal to nine (9) salary rate ranges <br />(4.5%) of each employee's base semi-monthly pay <br />rate in effect on February 29, 1988, times the <br />number of pay periods in which the employee <br />received pay for official time worked during <br />each pay period between July 1, 1987 and <br />February 29, 1988. <br /> <br /> Said one-time, lump-sum payment shall be <br />computed on base salary only, including career <br />development grades, and shall therefore, exclude <br />all pay additives and other payroll costs such <br />as assignment pay, bilingual pay, shift <br /> <br /> <br />
