Confidential <br />employees shall be subject to the same changes in provisions pertaining <br />to advancements and reductions in salary steps; temporary upgrade <br />assignment pay; overtime pay; vacation leave usage; residency <br />limitations; and implementation of a retiree health insurance program, if <br />and when developed, as provided or will be provided to represented <br />non-management, general service employees on or after July 1, 1989. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Section 13 of Resolution No. <br />82-110 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 13.
