(i) The mitiga~i0n measures referenced <br />in the Final EIR have been adopted as conditions of Approval or <br />incorporated into the Project. <br /> <br /> (ii) With the imposition or <br />incorporation of the recommended mitigation measures, the noise <br />impacts of the Project will be reduced to a level of <br /> <br />insignificance. '~ <br /> <br /> (iii) In the alternative, to the extent <br /> <br />that the noise impacts of the Project are not insignificant or <br />mitigated to a level of insignificance, the environmental, <br />social, economic and other benefits of the Project outweigh and <br />override any suoh impacts, as more fully stated in the <br />Statement of Overriding Considerations (Section III, below). <br /> <br /> C.
