RESOLUTION NO. 89- 115 <br /> <br />155' <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-6 TO REVISE <br />THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SAN'CA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the water rates of the City of Santa Ana were previously <br />established at $0.59 per 100 cubic feet by Resolution No. 88-6 of the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is nc~ desired to modify said increase in water rates <br />so as to maintain the current rats of $0.59 per 100 cubic feet until January <br />1, 1990 and increase said water rates to $0.625 on such date; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOt.TDWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That subsection A of section 1 of Resolution No. 88-6 of the <br />City Council is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. WATER RATES <br /> <br />RATE PER 100 CUBIC FEET <br /> <br /> ALL <br />*Effective January 1, 1990 <br /> <br />$0.625* <br /> <br /> 2. The water rates of $0.59, as established by Resolution No. <br />88-6 of the City Council, shall continue in effect until January 1, 1990. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 21st <br /> <br />A~TEST: <br /> <br />J~i~e C.
