<br /> On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Tentative Tract
<br /> Map No. 4159, filed by Harry Tancredi, creating thirty lots located at the south-
<br /> west corner of Fruit and Mabury Streets, was approved, subject to conditions.

<br /> On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Map of Tract No.
<br /> ~O25, filed by Highland Hc~aes, a Partnership, for the dedication as public highways
<br /> of Wisteria Place, Brook Street, Cubbon Street, Mohawk Drive, Arapahoe Drive,
<br /> Shawnee Drive, Piute Drive, Huron Drive, Highland Street, Aztec Circle, McFadden
<br /> Avenue, Fairview Street and Nakoma Drive, and easements for sanitary sewers, water
<br /> and drainage as designated on the map, and dedication of all vehicular access
<br /> rights to McFadden Avenue and Fairview Street, except at street intersections, and
<br /> bond in the amount of $325,000.00 approved, subject to the approval of the Attorney
<br /> as to form; license fee in the sum of $10,650.00 accepted, and agreement covering
<br /> improvements ordered signed.

<br /> On motion of CounciLman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Map of Tract No.
<br /> 4002, filed by Dianne L. Corporation - Practical Builders, Inc., for the dedication
<br /> of Myrtle Street, C-m~le Place, Western Avenue and Willits Street, as public high-
<br /> ways; also all vehicular access rights to Willits Street, except at street interseC-
<br /> tions was approved, subject to the Subdivider submitting necessary agreement and
<br /> bond in the amount required, subject to the approval of the Attorney as to form;
<br /> license fee in the sum of $1,150.00 accepted, and agreement covering improvements
<br /> ordered signed.

<br /> On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Map of Tract No.
<br /> 3841, filed by Hodges Building Corporation, for the dedication of Normandy Place
<br /> and Grand Avenue for public use for highway purposes; also all vehicular access
<br /> rights to Grand Avenue, except at street intersections as shown on the map~ and
<br /> offer for dedication the drainage and sewer easement as shown on the map, and
<br /> Cashier's Check No. 1002393~ dated May 25, 1961, in the sum of $15,000.00, submit-~
<br /> ted in lieu of bond were approved; license fee not required as industrial propert~
<br /> and subject to the execution by the Subdivider of agreement guaranteeing faithful
<br /> performance and agreement for drainage assessment fees for Tract Nos. 3416, 3791
<br /> and 3841.

<br /> Map of Tract No. 4163, filed by Norwood Homes Corporation, was presented for the
<br /> dedication of Occidental Street, Spruce Street, Pacific Avenue, Poplar Street and
<br /> PGmona Street, as public highways, and the sewer, water and drainage easement as
<br /> shown. At the request of the Subdivider, the Manager read the requirements im-
<br /> posed on Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 209, filed on June 19, 1961, by
<br /> Norwood Homes, creating four parcels located on the southwest corner of Edinger
<br /> Avenue and Bristol Street, subject to conditions. On motion of Councilman Heinly~
