RESOLUTION NO. 90-063 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br /> 3. That Section 3.1, ("Special Compensation Provisions") of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br />changing the list of special pay differential designations in the <br />following manner: <br /> <br />a. Adding the following assignment pay differential <br />designation: <br /> <br />,,(y) Personnel in the class of <br />Forensic Specialist I, who are <br />regularly and continuously assigned <br />to and actually performing duties in <br />a "lead supervisory" capacity over a <br />primary functional unit of Forensic <br />Specialist I employees, will be paid <br />at a rate set ten (10) salary rate <br />ranges (5.0%) above their then <br />current base monthly salary step." <br /> <br /> 4. That except as amended by this Resolution, all other <br />provisions of Resolution Nos. 82-110 and 89-087 shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 5.
