The zoning <br />designation for the property is C-l, which permits a <br />care facility in the C-1 zoning district with an <br />approved Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br /> 2. Conditional Use Permit No. 90-7 is hereby approved <br />subject to the limitations, requirements and conditions set <br />forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. Appeal No. 90-4 is granted, the number of required <br />parking spaces being reduced from 24 to 23. <br /> <br /> 4.
