This project shall include a prewired cable television system. <br /> <br />The project owner/developer shall designate a contact person who <br />has the authority to act on behalf of the owner to coordinate and <br />provide consistency for all of the plans required for the project <br />including landscaping, ~rading, pedestrian protection, <br />arcb/tecture, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. <br />Note on the drawings contact person's --me, position, business <br />address and telephone number. <br /> <br />Planning Division <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall provide twenty-three parking spaces for the <br /> proposed use. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall comply with all mitigation measures <br /> identified in Environmental Review No. 89-165. <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit shall be for a board and care facility <br />for senior citizens only. <br /> <br />C. Police Department <br /> <br />1. The use shall be restricted to a care home facility for sen/or <br /> citizens. <br /> <br />D. ~Fblic Works Agency <br /> <br />1. Dedicate Greenville Street for a width of 40' from street <br /> centerline to property line for future street wideniu~ purposes. <br /> <br />Dedicate 10' x 10' triangular property line corner cutoff at the <br />intersection of the alley and Greenville Street. <br /> <br />Dedicate 10' x 10' triangular property line corner cutoff at the <br />intersection of the east-west alley and north-south alley. <br />(North-west corner of subject property). <br /> <br />Complete the following on Green~-llle Street: <br /> <br />a) Remove existing drive approach and construct a new drive <br /> approach per approved improvement plans. <br /> <br />b) Install 'No Stopping Anytime' zone. <br /> <br /> <br />
