<br />ried, the reports on "Master Plan for Rainfall Drainage System Development, August
<br />1960," by Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson, Inc., and the "Master Plan for Storm Drains
<br />for the City of Santa Ana," January, 1961, by Boyle Engineering, as submitted rela-
<br />tive to the drainage problem, were approved, received and filed. The Council havi~
