<br />was closed. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the
<br />Affidavit of Publication was received and filed. The Council having unanimously
<br />waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by
<br />Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />handling storm run-off waters within the City; no protests were received and the
<br />hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and car-
<br />ried, the reports on "Master Plan for Rainfall Drainage System Development, August
<br />1960," by Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson, Inc., and the "Master Plan for Storm Drains
<br />for the City of Santa Ana," January, 1961, by Boyle Engineering, as submitted rela-
<br />tive to the drainage problem, were approved, received and filed. The Council havi~
<br />unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard,
<br />seconded by Schlueter and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> 'City of Santa Aha, California Report on Master Plan For Rainfall
<br /> Drainage System, August, 1960' as prepared by Voorheis, Trindle
<br /> and Nelson of Westminster, California; and the other entitled
<br /> 'Preliminary Engineering Report of the Master Plan for Storm
<br /> Drains for the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California,
<br /> January, 1961' as prepared by Boyle Engineering of Santa Ana,
