RESOLUTION 90-106 <br />PAGE THREE 0,:, ~ <br /> <br /> d. Designating the existing classes of Budget Analyst <br />I (T) and Budget officer as Unaffiliated Confidential classes of <br />employment by assigning the parenthetical identifier "(UC)" next <br />to the class titles to signify said designation. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 3B of Resolution No. 89-087 pertaining to <br />Middle Management classes of employment, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Deleting, effective January 1, 1991, the class <br />title of Special Employment and Training Programs Manager (MM), <br />Salary Rate Range No. M-20. <br /> <br /> b. Adding the new class title of Personnel Operations <br />Manager (MM) at Salary Rate Range No. M-22, $4554 (minimum) to <br />$5415 (maximum hiring rate) per month. <br /> <br /> 3. That Section 3.1 ("Special Compensation Provisions") of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br />by adding, effective September 4, 1990, the following assignment <br />pay differential designation "(aa)" to the list of special pay <br />differentials: <br /> <br />"(aa) An incumbent in the civilian class of Paramedic <br />who, at the discretion of the appointing authority, is <br />regularly and continuously assigned to serve in a <br />supervisory capacity over a departmental unit of <br />Paramedics, will be paid an additional thirty salary <br />rate ranges (15 percent) above the current base monthly <br />salary step to which he or she would otherwise be <br />entitled." <br /> <br /> 4. That Section 3.5, (CLASS TITLES AND WAGE RATES FOR <br />SEASONAL AND OTHER UNAFFILIATED CATEGORIES OF PART-TIME <br />EMPLOYMENT) of Resolution 82-110, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended to add the following two new class titles at the hourly <br />wage rates indicated: <br /> <br /> BASIC HOURLY WAGE RATES: <br />Class Title Step A Step ~ Step C Step ~ Step ~ <br /> <br />Tutor $ 6.75 $ 7.00 $7.25 $7.50 $7.75 <br />Senior Tutor 8.00 8.25 8.50 8.75 9.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
