RESOLUTION 90-106 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the findings of numerous classification and <br />compensation studies, conducted by the Personnel Services <br />Department at the request of various department heads throughout <br />the organization, reveal the need to delete and add certain <br />classes, reclassify several positions, provide equity adjustments <br />in several instances, and effect other changes to the City's basic <br />classification and compensation plans; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend Resolution Nos. 82-110 <br />and 89-087 and the Fiscal Year 1990-91 Budget in order to effect <br />these changes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 3 of Resolution 82-110, as amended, is <br />hereby further amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Designating as "Terminal" the classifications of <br />Personnel Services Coordinator (UC) and Senior Forensic Specialist <br />by adding the parenthetical identifier "(T)" following each title <br />so that these classes will be automatically deleted from the basic <br />classification and compensation plan upon being vacated by their <br />current incumbents. <br /> <br /> b.
