Mitigation Measure <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Traffic control plans will be prepared prior to <br />each phase of construction. All traffic <br />warning and control devices should comply to <br />the provisions of the State of California <br />Manual of Traffic Controls and the Watch <br />Handbook. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The Orange County Transportation District <br />Mil be notified prior to the imtiation of each <br />phase of project construction, so that <br />arrangements can be made for alternative bus <br />routes and interim bus stop locations, if <br />DeceSSUT~'. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The police and fire departments will be <br />notified of construction at least one month in <br />advance of each construction phase, as to the <br />particulars of the project (i.e., project t/me <br />schedule, and areas to be disrupted, etc.). <br />This action would give the police and fire <br />departments sufficient time to notify its <br />personnel of any significant impediments to <br />traffic. <br /> <br />I3. <br /> <br />The City w/Il notify the police department at <br />least 48 hours in advance of any turning <br />changes.
