The landscaped buffer currently proposed for the easterly edge of <br /> the production facility site will include a block wall at least 6 leer <br /> high to minimize views of proleCt structures from Linwood Avenue <br /> residences. The landscaping adjacent to the block wall will include <br /> tree species that will grow to a height in excess of 6 feet. Similarly, <br /> a landscaped bufler will be placed along the eastern edge of the <br /> parking area south of Sixth Street to reduce potential adverse visual <br /> impacts on McClay Street Residents. <br /> <br /> 2.
