No. 361 <br />Initiated by Planning <br />Commission <br /> <br />The ~ouncil having %~-~tmously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of ~ <br /> <br />Cotmctlman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 61-234 accepting deeds where the City is <br />paying no cash consideration" <br /> <br />from Solomon Enterprises, Inc., conveying an easement for water main purposes on <br /> <br />the north side of Sugar Avenue, west of Verano Street; from Fred A. and Margaret <br /> <br />Jane Williams, for street easement on the west side of Fairview Avenue, north of <br /> <br />First Street; from Everett R. and Mary Nordyke, Walter G. and Wands June Hamilton, <br /> <br />for street easement at the northeast corner of Fifth Street and Gunther Place, and <br /> <br />from The First Church of God of Santa Ana, California, conveying vehicular access <br />rights on the west side of Newhope Street, north of Sugar Avenue, was considered <br /> <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E~ Hubbard, ~enry H.
