Mr. E. H. Wilhelmi, 2028 Greenleaf <br /> <br />Street stated m,~y children must cross 19thStreet going to and from Jefferson School, <br /> <br />and due to the fast traffic, requested the installation of a stop sign on 19th <br /> <br />Street at Oreenleaf Street for the safety of the school children. Mrs. Patricia <br /> <br />G. Nevils, 1618 Oreenleaf Street, stated n,~-a~rous serious accidents have occurred <br /> <br />at this intersection and the speed of the traffic is increasing daily. Mrs. Geral~ <br />~mith, 2033 Greenleaf Street, stated the traffic is heavy on 19th Street and re- <br />quested a stop sign on Ross Street and a Yield sign on 19th Street.
