Keith Johnson, lllO North Linwood Avenue, stated if the alley is taken <br /> <br />out of this tract there would be too many units on this small parcel of property. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried~ Preliminary Record <br /> <br />of Survey Map No. 221, filed by Paul Ditzler, was approved subject to the condition <br /> of 20 feet <br />that an alley/be required on the rear of both parcels and that said all~ysbbe <br /> <br />Preliminary Record <br />of Survey Map No. 224 <br />Calvary Lutheran Church <br /> <br />dedicated at the time the parcels are improved. <br /> <br />Communication was again presented from the Planning Department recommending approva~ <br />of Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 224, filed by Calvary Lutheran Church, <br />creating two parcels located at the northeast corner of Sugar Avenue and Verano <br />Street, subject to conditions. ~n motion of Couucilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbar <br />and carried, Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 224 filed by Calvary Lutheran <br /> <br />C~ urch was approved subject to the condition that an alley of 20 feet be required <br />on the rear of both parcels and that said alley be dedicated at the time the parcel~ <br /> <br />Tentative Tract <br />Map No. 4442 <br />C. Roland Flagg, <br />J. N. Calbraith et al <br /> <br />are improved and subject to the conditions of the Planning ~partment. <br /> <br />Co~mmu~ication was again presented from the Planning Department recommending approva~ <br /> <br />of Tentative Tract Map No. 44~2 filed by C. Roland Flagg and J. N. Galbraith, et al <br />creating 17 lots located on the south side of Edinger Avenue,( approximately 818 fee <br /> <br />west of Bristol Street, subject to conditions. On motion of Councilman Heinly, <br /> <br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, Tentative Tract Map No.4442 filed by C. Roland <br />Flagg and J. N. Galbraith, et al~s approved subject to the conditions, except <br /> <br />conditions Nos. 6 and 17, and that a further condition be shown that in the event <br /> <br />a Final Map is not filed prior to amendment of the Subdivision Ordinance, there be <br /> <br />Tentative Tract <br />Map No. B561 <br />John B. Kilroy Co. <br />(Extension of time) <br /> <br />an indication that said alley would be abandoned. <br /> <br />Communication was presented from John B. F~ilroy Company requesting an extension of <br />time for one year on Tentative Tract Map No. 3561, creating 85 industrial parcelm <br />located on the north side of Delhi Road between the Santa Ana River and Fairview <br />Street. ~lso communication was presented from the Planning Department recommending! <br />denial of the one year time extension due to the fact that the one year time <br />limitations on Tentative Tract Map No. ~561 has expired. Jack Hall, Civil Engineer, <br />315 West 8th Street, r~presenting John B. Kilroy Company, stated many of the problems <br />have been solved and requested an extension of ninety days time. The Mayor declared <br /> <br />Application <br />Pacific Electric <br />Railway Co. <br />(Spur track across <br />Talbert Road) <br />Reso. No. 61-270 <br />Permitting the P.E. <br />Ry. Co. to run its <br />Cars over Old Talbert <br />Road <br /> <br />the request out of order. <br /> <br />Communication was again presented from the Pacific Electric Railway Company enclosiag <br />application for a permit for a period of 21 year~, to construct a spur track across <br />Talbert Road, in the vicinity of proposed Fairview Street, to serve the R. C. Can <br />Company, for the handling of freight cars with two train movements per day over the~! <br />track. James W. O'Brien, representative of the Pacific Electric Railway Company, <br /> <br />objected to Section 2, subdivision "c", "d", "f" and No. 3 as set forth in the City <br />Resolution. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, <br />on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following <br />Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Number 61-270 permitting the Pacific Electric Railway <br /> $o lay its railroad track and to run its cars across old Talbert <br /> Road in the City of Santa Ana" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
