In order to Control the additional traffic volumes, traffic signals shall <br />be installed at the unsignalized Intersections of Pacific Avenue with <br />Washington Street and PllcifJc Avenue with Civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />Light and Clare <br /> <br />The installation of new street lighting £Jxtures and exterior lighting for new <br />projects within the planning area could result in nuisance glare effects onto <br />nearby residential sites, <br /> <br />The following measures have been incorporated into the project, which, if <br />properly implemented, will lessen the light and glare effects lo a level of <br />insignificance. <br /> <br />Finding I <br /> <br />Facts in Sum)orr of Findill.gl <br /> <br />I. The City'~ normal design review.process of private projects includes review <br />of lightln8 plans. Cily planning staff shall be responsible for ensuring that <br />lighting of future individual projects within the planning area does not impact <br />adjacent areas with spillover and glare, <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
