The east leg of Russell Street shall bo closed (i.e., a T-intersection with <br />Magnolia Avenue) rather than creating a cul-de-sac ~ recommended In the Street <br />Widening ElS. <br /> <br />3. The east leg of Cubbon Street shall be opened lo create an intersection <br />with Bristol Street. rather than Creating a cul-de-sac as recommended in the <br />Street Widening ElS. <br /> <br />4.
