On motion of CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Preliminary Record of Survey 24?, filed by Standard Avenue Preliminary Record of Survey 248 :Allison Hon~r Co. Baptist Church, was approved, subject to conditions. Communication was presented from the Planning Department recommending approval of Preliminary Record of Survey 248, filed by Allison Honer Co., creating two lots located along the south side of West Seventeenth Street approximately 360 feet west of Clinton Street, subject to conditions. On motion of CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Preliminary Record of Survey 248, filed by Allisoni Tentative Tract 4580 ;Nelson B. Reames Honer Co. was approved, subject to conditions. Cummenication was presented frcm the Planning Department recGmnending approval of Tentative Tract 4580, filed by Nelson B. Reames, creating ll lots located at the northwest corner of Standard Avenue and Bishop Street, subject to conditions. On Map of Tract 3915 :Highland Homes motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Tentative Tract k580~ filed by Nelson B. Reames, was approved, subject to conditions. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Nmp of Tract 39 filed by Highland Homes, for the dedication as public highways Camille Street, Willits Street, R~ Street, Mark Street, Yuma Circle, Arapaho Drive, Shawnee Drive, Mohawk Drive, Nakoma Drive, Huron Drive and Fairview Street, the easements for sanitary sewer, water line and drainage purposes as shown, and all vehicular access rights to Fairview Street, except at intersections, improvement bond in Chel sum of $165,000.00 and monument bond in the sum of $3,800.00 were approved; licens~ fee in the sum of $9, k00.00 accepted; agreement covering improvements and agree- ment covering setting of final monuments ordered signed.
