On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer <br /> <br />Tentative Tract 32~6 <br />John KiLroy Co. <br /> <br />and carried, Preliminary Record of Survey 241, filed by Ralph Day, was approved~ <br /> <br />subject to all conditions except the condition pertaining to the drainage assess- <br /> <br />ment fee, which was deleted. <br /> <br />Ccmm~mication was again presented from the Planning Department reco~mnending approva~ <br />of Tentative Tract B236, filed by John Kilroy Co., creating ~5 lots located north of <br />Warner Avenue and immediately east of Harbor BouleMard, subject to conditions. Jack <br />Hall, Civil Engineer~ 315 West 8th Street, stated they were concerned with Condition <br /> <br />pertaining to the deletion of industrial streets, as they desire to have indus-! <br /> <br />trial streets allowed. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and <br /> <br /> Co. <br />carried, Tentative Tract 3236~ filed by John Kilroy/was approved, subject to con- <br /> <br />dltions, except Condition ll was amended to read "That A-2 c~rb and gutter be in- <br /> <br />stalled on Harvard Street, Yale Street and Warner Avenue, and that industrial curb <br /> <br />and gutter be allowed on the industrial streets, subject to the approval of the <br /> <br />Second Revised Tenta- <br /> tive Tract h471 <br /> Harry Martin, et al <br /> <br />Department of Public Works as to driveways." <br /> <br />Communication was presented fr~n the Planning Department recommending approval of <br /> <br />Second Revised Tentative Tract 4471, filed by Harry Martin~ et al~ creating'47 <br /> <br />lots located at the northeast and southeast corners of Edinger Avenue and Grand <br /> <br />Avenue, subject to conditions. Harry Martin, 500 Dyer Road, stated they were not <br /> clarification <br />in accord with a majority of the 20 conditions imposed on this tract,and requested/ <br /> <br />of Conditions 6, 7, l0 and 14. The Director of Public Works satisfactorily answer- <br /> <br />ed the questions raised. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and <br /> <br />carried, Second Revised Tentative Tract 4471, filed by Harry Martin, et al, was <br /> <br />approved, subject to Conditions i through 6, Condition 6 to read "That the developer <br /> <br />pay entire costs of all water mains required by the tract"; Condition ? eliminated;~ <br /> on Condition <br />subject to Conditions 8, 9, ll, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17 and/18, the owner to pay a per <br /> <br />acre drainage assessment fee in accordance with the proposed Ordinance; subject to <br /> <br />Conditions 19 and 20; on Condition 10, A-2 curb and gutter to be constructed only <br /> <br />on Grand and Edinger Avenues and industrial type curbs allowed on all other streets3 <br />and on Condition 14, the sidewalk on Edinger and Grand Avenues to be of design stand- <br /> <br />Hearing <br />~mend. P. <br />Leonard, amending Sectional District Map 36-4-10~ to reclassify from the A-1 Dis- <br />trict to the R-4 District, property on the north side of Memory Lane, adjacent to <br /> <br />the Spurgeon Methodist Church and almost directly opposite the north Prolongation <br /> <br />of Westwood Street, all as shoMn on E~hibit A.A. 375A; no protests were received <br />and the hearing closed. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code to prezone <br />and establish district classification on Amendment Application No. 375 <br />and amending Sectional District Map 36-h-10 (Exhibit AA 375A)" <br /> <br />filed by D. P. Leonard, to reclassify from the A-1 District to the R-~ Dlstrlct~ <br /> <br />property on the north side of Memory Lane, adjacent to the Spurgeon Methodist <br /> <br />Church and almost directly opposite the north prolongation of Westwood Street, was <br /> <br />introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br /> <br />
