<br /> south side of Westminster, east of Berrydale, and authorizing execution
<br /> of said Quitclaim Deed"
<br /> for street easement on the south side of Westminster Avenue, east of Berrydale
<br /> Street, in consideration of the City quitclatm!ug to Grace H. Palmer the City's in-
<br /> terest in a certain parcel of real. property located on the south side of Westminster
