Segerstrom, and Ann Segerstrom, conveying easements for water main pur- <br /> <br />poses at the northwest and northeast corners of Harbor Boulevard and Talbert Avenue; <br /> <br />frc~ James W. Wade~ for street easement on the north half of Brook Street, east of <br /> <br />Baker Street; frc~William J. and Eva H. Palmer in consideration <br /> of a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Santa Aha to said Grace H. Palmer <br /> for the privilege and right to extend certain drainage structures on the <br /> south side of Westminster, east of Berrydale, and authorizing execution <br /> of said Quitclaim Deed" <br /> for street easement on the south side of Westminster Avenue, east of Berrydale <br /> Street, in consideration of the City quitclatm!ug to Grace H. Palmer the City's in- <br /> terest in a certain parcel of real. property located on the south side of Westminster <br /> Avenue, east of Berrydale Street, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes, Councilmen _He~nr~ H.
